Safely on ByPass

Elena is safely on the bypass machine. She is continuing to be a trooper and is doing very well. After that, they decreased the temperature of the room to help with working on her heart and "iced" our baby. Haha! Before incision of the heart, they cool the cavity to make sure it doesn't cause heart failure. The nurse told us that they were beginning to make the incision into Elena's heart as she left the room.
